That’s the second time this season a team has copied our formation mid game in an attempt to nullify us Has it worked? 2nd half yes it’s working. They’ve blunted our edge

We’ll never get a clean sheet until we eradicate the sloppy goals from our game. Lumley and Manning at fault this afternoon.

Get in!
Great game for the neutrals, but we didn't half make things difficult for ourselves!

Extraordinary game. Should have been 4 or 5 nil at halftime.
From the moment Lumley let that goal in our self confidence never recovered. Up to that point we were destroying them
Still, we’re up to 7th! 😄

The only possible defence I could give to poor Joe is his line of vision may have been blocked by Barbet, but even that's clutching at straws really as no goal keeper starts playing tippy tappy when he's miles outside his own box.
I wonder if he’ll learn from this now?

For what it`s worth, Barbet had a very good game from what I saw on QPR+. I would also like to add Hall, except for his rash challenge on Luton player in a dangerous position just before the end..

There is no excuse for a keeper taking silly gambles like that. But I think this is how it will be under Warburton. Trying to play total football from 1 to 11, regardless if we are good enough to pull it off! At least it ain't gonna be boring. And to be fair, we look as good going forward as I can remember in many, many years!

Barbet made one challenge in the box at 3-2 that saved a certain goal. He played well. Over the moon for Grant Hall. He's having a great season!

His team mates were furious with him so I think he has to change.. Lumley? To be honest Shania, from what I saw of Kelly pre-season, we haven't got a better option there. Lumley's a good keeper, he just needs to calm down on trying to knock the ball about. Frankly, he's not good enough with the ball at his feet to be trying to play that way. If he concentrates on getting the basics right he's more than good enough for this level of football!

Just watching Norwich vs Man City. At least we ain't the only side giving goals away playing out from the back. Couple of real shockers for them today!

Not sure whether we can judge Kelly based on the pre-season matches, but he seems not that good at collecting crosses. Lumley, on the other hand, is so clumsy with the ball at his feet . His composure also making also leaves a lot to be desired, so I would actually suggest giving him a rest and learn from watching Kelly. With Kelly in goal, we can also hope that a penalty against is not automatically a goal.
