I didn't want to say this because he's a youngster, but Chair.. What does he actually do? I've seen absolutely nothing from him so far this season. Harsh. Always looking for the ball, keeps possession well, runs at defenders. Layed the ball on for Manning to whip the cross in for the goal today. He definitely ain't the finished article, but well worth his place in the team for me. Twice the player BOS is in my opinion! |

manning and leistner both standing out today. pretty flat first half though overall and a lot more cautious than previous games. looks like we're happy to stay a goal up and thats it.
blackburn don't look that great and dack hasn't done anything of note. still, we gotta keep our wits about us

I like the fact that Nahki pointed tapped his finger on his head as soon as he'd scored, urging his team mates to keep their concentration up. It's good to see not one player having a bad game too, not even Scowen. Standards are high throughout the side. We just need to kill them off now. I thought the goal was an excellent team effort - we slowly wore them down with patient build up until that killer finish. Expecting more of the same. |
