Rangel, Leistner both excellent throughout, but my vote goes to Scowen who too had a great game and has shown good character to return to form in the face of his critics.

Struggle to give it to a defender when we've shipped 2 goals. Manning great going forward today too.....as much as he infuriates me at times!

Wells for me as he sets the tempo and was so busy. Took his goal well and that settled the nerves

hard one this. think rangel, leistner, manning, wells or even cameron could all be in for a shout at motm. my vote goes to manning though, he's been getting better and better at left back and is worlds better than bidwell was last season. he's starting to come into the LB position more every game and put in some tackles and interceptions today whilst also getting down the wing, if anything i think the team let him down as there were a few times in the second half where he was making overlaps into the box but didn't get the pass.

Eze got my vote. This must have been one of his best matches for us. He never hides and seldom misses the ball when he gets it. He was robbed for a penalty today..

Manning is great going forwards but going back towards his goal he’s terrible. That’s part of the reason we look so shaky he’s always out of position. Does lots of ball watching
Can’t knock his attacking play and has a lovely cross on him. He’s tenacious player

Manning, Wells and Cameron were very good but today you could easily ad 2 or three names to the list. Liked Kelly between the sticks and loved his reaction after we scored the first goal. Balling at the team to stay switched on.

Maybe time to get Wallace in and push Manning into a left sided midfield role? It would mean us sacrificing Chair probably, but I think (particularly in a 4-4-2) it was afford us a much more stable formation from a defensive perspective.

Currently, removing Chair from the starting line up would be a disaster IMO, the understanding between Eze, Chair & Wells could fool you into thinking that they had been playing together for years not weeks. They always seem to know where one another are and are always looking to feed each other the ball. You only have to see their pass completion stats each game, generally the best, to realise that they are a key component in our success.

Manning for me. Great cross for the first goal (to trouble them at the back for the knock down) and a top drawer cross for Hugill's goal.
Have to mention Scowen's performance. Much better than at Cardiff defensively and great work for BOS's goal. Also thought he worked well with Cameron alongside him.

I voted for Warburton as it's the only way to see the poll results when you didn't see the game.

Having watched it again, Manning shades it now over my original Eze.
