Only met Adel the once Esox, and that was when the team were out in Dubai under Harry Redknapp. The local supporters club over there were invited to their training session in Jebel Ali. He wasn't a nob or anything, he just didn't really seem keen to interact with any of us.
Like I said above, the only player that really came across particularly badly was SWP. It was not long after the win at Stamford Bridge where he scored the winner and I think I made a comment about how he was responsible for one of my favourite moments as a QPR fan. Most players would have at least said thanks or come back with something. He basically just sneered.
Maybe the fact it was 3 months from the end of the season and we were at the bottom of the table and playing shite might have had an effect on the general mood of some of the players.

Was that around the time that 'arry called him 3st. overweight? he may just have been in a bad mood.

If I remember correct Adel was actually playing quite regularly at this point. He played up front away at Chelsea about 6 or 7 weeks earlier.

Hughes, Rigg and Kia Joorabchin were let loose by the powers that be
100% . Two of em held uncle down while the other got stuck in and then they swapped round. These were the people Harry was referring to re 'trousers down'.
That's what really fucked us (and him) . They saw Uncle coming.

...has left Bristol Rovers for 'personal family issues'.
Hope all is well for our former 'lej' - and potential assistant to Warbs if/when Eustace gets his managerial role somewhere...

Don't really have a favourite player any more as I'm an adult but if I were to, it'd be Clint Hill. What a player, what a chap.

Don't really have a favourite player any more as I'm an adult I'm an adult, and my favourite current player is Dembélé as he 'gets you off the edge of your seat'. Followed by Cook who's a great captain, leader of men, and defender.
