Just seen replay of red. There is argument he wasn't last player and it was another 'entitled to go down' bollocks moment. He was definitely the last man and, as a consequence, had to go. ibb.co/JpFHYzGI found his reluctance to leave the pitch very unprofessional and immature to be honest. Yes, I don't think that was helpful. I don't ever recall seeing a ref brandish a red and then change his mind when a player complains.

Hes a good manager but just needs to chage the formation and defence they are shite He does need to wake up to this situation very quickly though for his own sake Almost like Ollie playing wing back for 20 games lost his job for that didnt he in the end if its not working change it I like the way he talk about the game and what he wants to achieve at this club etc, etc., but................he will need many new faces in, if his plan A will get us the points we need to survive in this division, imo. By the way: Sorry, It this offends anyone - It`s just my take at it. It`s my club also..

Does everyone also remember Lumley doing a pass out at start of 2nd half and it being millimetres from going to there forward for simple goal? I think we’ve got to be more ruthless with our players. In my view, Hall, Leinster, Ball, Wells, Hugill and Eze need to start every game. These are our core 6. The others should be rotated around to fit in with these 6 or a new formation or based on form. To the Lumley question - yes and he has been close to doing this almost every other game if not every game. Surely that is something the player can cut out himself? I looked over and Warbs looked livid when he did that. As for the "core 6". I cannot agree on Hall being in that 6. His lack of communication with arguably the most consistent CB we've got (Leistner) is costing us massively.

Excatly my sentiments, swlranger. Imo, he lets his players down, rather than the opposite.
