Scrappy play but it has stopped the rot. Both sides fairly poor and BOS defnitely had a worse second half than he did a first half. Pugh was unconvicing but didn't do anything wrong. The free kick at the end was a direct copy of Wisdom's foul on Eze a few mnutes earlier, Derby get the free kick, QPR don't.

Their goal didn't look much of a free kick either. Pugh made a difference, it sticks to him and Hugill, brings BOS into game. Not brilliant but so much better.

Looking at comments seems like Manning is still Teflon. Awful again today. Not his fault he isn't a left back but slow to release ball, gets caught, one decent cross towards the end and always holding his hands out like it's everyone else's problem.

Well there was much less piss balling about, we had midfielders playing from back to front not defenders. Odd occasions we looked shaky was when back four started passing it.

In fact if it all ends in tears I'm pretty sure he'll be flying the plane for the interim. So after all the bluster it turns out we can be more pragmatic when we want to be...... two poor sides imo but a point and conceding one goal is an improvement. |
