GT is right. Growing up in London in the 70s was incredible times. Wouldn't swap it for anything. No mobile phones, no anti-social media, no 24/7 big brother surveillance etc Do adventure playgrounds even exist anymore? H&S would go mental at what we considered fun. |

The UAE is exploding and it is not a big place. Up 6,700 millionaires
Singapore, also a small place but now the epicenter of the business world. SG is always on trend.
Texas and Florida too
All the above have much lower taxes than UK
If it has to be Europe then Portugal or even Switzerland probably best bets
