Shankland scores again. Surely a Scottish championship club won’t be commanding mega money by the games standards. We had some to spend in the summer and didn’t so I’d like to think were at least in the ring for this lad. An out and out goal scorer Said the same yesterday, The goals do not move and this boy knows where the onion bag is. Got to be worth a punt.

Agee 73 only concern I would say is the goals don’t move but the defenders of the goals become better Defo worth a punt

Austin started out in non league and went through the leagues by doing the same thing at every club putting the ball in the net. Not saying this lad is Austin mk 2 more like goalscorers are just that they just put the ball in the net on a regular basis. Priceless comodity.

They will alledgedly have at least 4m for him. 3M is the quoted price At that price I would give him a go. Wells will be 6 million at 30/31 years of age, Hugill was 10 million and has done nothing to suggest that is a realistic price. Shankland is 23/24 and his last 3 seasons goal return is impressive all be it at a lower level.

Bit of a gamble but he’s consistent , looks comfortable with his head and both feet and is a great age. Surely that’s a sound investment and if he does well his value would explode at this level in England. Stoke rumoured to be in for him

I would be very surprised if he continued his form at another club this season. The relationship he built up with Eze, Chair & BOS was almost telepathic at times and the players all seemed to know where to find one another. It's not often you see that kind of chemistry. Nahki was also one of our better defenders too.

I see we are loosely connected to striking a deal with a Bristol Rovers striker. Is he any good? Clarke-Harris or something like that is his name.

Marcus Maddison Peterborough being talked about on twitter and there chairman has said mid table championship side in for him Same chairman who did us with Washington! The fellow nicked 200k from us with the international call up bonus. The manager told him a week before we signed him that he would be picked.

I have very reliably been informed that Shankland has just bought a new house in Dundee,so can almost guarantee he won’t be coming.

So it's Wells, Leistner, Scowen, Mlakar and Smith off. Why are we still keeping Kane and Manning?
