There's one or two I like but I'm sitting in my choice at the moment.

This has been my aspiration for our new ground ever since the club announced they wanted a new one.

At 35k we'll never fill it and the atmosphere will be shit. Better to build something that can be easily extended. The Madejski at 24k would give us 33% more and we'll do well to achieve that in the near future.

This has been my aspiration for our new ground ever since the club announced they wanted a new one. Would love a ground like that. Steep upper stands to add an air of intimidation and the rectangular shape is much more appealing than the nondescript featureless oval bowls which now seem to be the norm. The opening in the concrete corners have a feel of the Maginot Line about them too, giving it that fortress feel. A better version of Loftus Road essentially.

The two tier approach also lends itself to building a stadium for now and allowing for development in the future if neccessary. 20-25k around the lower tier and a further 15k available around the top. Safe standing behind the goals for home fans only would be good too. Away fans tucked away on one of the sides.

Make sure they are shoved in a corner somewhere so we have our fans behind both goals.

This has been my aspiration for our new ground ever since the club announced they wanted a new one. Basically the New Den, which Millwall fans hate. I don't want a bowl but I think 2 tiers all around is expensive to build and police. Would love a massive standing section behind the goal like Spurs have.

A slightly smaller version of Elland Road would suit us.

That ship sailed when we could have bought the school and I may be wrong but I think we once owned the houses on Ellerslie Rd a long time ago.
