We are running out of excuses for the keeper and manager as defensively we are worse thsn when he came in. Look at Millwall with Rowett since he took over made them solid and hard to beat which has now set them up for a good 2nd half of the season. When you make the same basic errors game after game then serious questions need to be asked. And let us hope he turns up with acceptable answers...

Am I the only one who is taking losses much harder this season than in a long time. I guess in some ways that’s a good thing as passion is back. Lost it for a bit under previous 3/4/5 managers. Nope. Same here. I guess it is because we play so great in patches. In particular Eze is a joy to watch. Chair and BOS also.

Think reliable keeper would part transform us. Can’t imagine it’s much fun playing in front of Lumley knowing at any stage he could throw one in the net And you slated me for wanting Warburton to take Lumley off at half time? OK.. Can't sub a keeper for a mistake Shania. You'll destroy what little confidence the lad has left and we'll be relying 100% on Kelly unless we can bring another keeper in. What I would do is drop him now, and if we can pick up a keeper in the window I'd send Lumley out on on loan and tell him he needs to re-find his form and earn the jersey back!

No with hindsight I agree, It wouldn`t have been good man-management. Maybe a loan move for him is a good idea, I guess so.

Forrest and rangers fans said he stubborn and a one trick pony I cannot get over how a manager can oversee such a dreadful defensive record and not know how or where to improve it. Drop points against Hull and Charlton with late goals against. He is up there with the worst managers from a defensive angle that we have ever had.

If we do lose the next 2, I’d be tempted to get Warnock back. If we need to stay up, no one better in the business I would be sounding him out now till end of the season as no change after 25 games smells like more of the same in the 2nd half of the season. And last years 2nd half was relegation form.

We need to stop sacking managers and invest some time in one The key to that is get the right one in the first place. Is this guy the right one only time will tell. Holloway never the right one nor S Mc, JFH or Ramsay for that matter. I would get Chris Hughton in and let him build a club which is what he dobe in the past.

We need to stop sacking managers and invest some time in one Do agree mate, but Warburton is his own worst enemy. Gets so much right but there is 1 part of our game that so obviously needs addressing desperately and you can see in his interviews that he's just too stubborn to admit it. Every week it's "we gotta take our chances", when everyone who's watched the game apart from him can see that actually, whilst we could be more clinical in front of goal the defensive side of our game is a much bigger problem. I don't know how long you are meant to put up with it if he ain't gonna address it!

Does have a point though about taking chances but even if we did don’t make the number we ship acceptable
Maybe he/we will address it in Jan. perhaps what we have defensively is simply not good enough?
Where I lose sympathy is picking Manning week in week out. Said at start of season he would cost us and got criticised but the fella is huge part of our defensive fragility. Possibly up there with top three worst defenders I’ve seen in the shirt. If the boss keeps picking him, when he’s involved in most goals, then he deserves the pelters and criticism
