I've just read that. Shows what a diabolical decision that was.
Fella should be booted out of reffing and go on a course....one that explains
the rules especially regarding penalties.
Also read Mark Halsey (QPR fan) said it def wasn't a pen, but the disallowed goal before
should have stood, so, in his opinion the right score line.

It doesn't matter whether the ref made a mistake before hand, you can't have
officials "making right" their mistakes to give in his opinion the "right scoreline"
That's called cheating
