Well done club and whoever the individuals are. We’re not just producing footballers but decent people. Keep up the good work

Really loving the way the clubs going. I’d like us to stick with warbs for The foreseeable and see where it takes us. The whole club is just night and day to the shambles of before. Really positive stuff well done the R’s

Keep up the good work This is why I can stomach us not doing so great in the League; I have met and spoken to about 12-15 of our academy players at the ground or the Fan Zone and they are nothing but polite and chatty. Last season Faisal Bettache, Charley Kendall, Ali Omar & Ben Wells were playing in knockabout match against around a dozen QPR fans on the astroturf pitch at the Fan Zone and you could see the joy on their faces as they play. A couple of years ago, Eze's team, ran away with the results in the early part of the season so he, along with others were shipped out on loan to improve against men and other lads from the U18's brought in early to develop them. Half this years U23's were last years U18's and people like Jake Frailing & Nathan Carlyle are really prospering under the challenge.

Considering going back say 7/8 years we had zero prospects coming out of the youth to what we’ve got now really does require some respect. It’s actually a phenomenal turnaround. All hail Chris Ramsey and whoever is identifying these kids being cast off by the big boys. Rangers back to doing what rangers do best. Love it. Imagine what it could be like if warren farm ever gets built! With proper training facilities.

With proper training facilities. its a real testment to whats going on. of our 1st team lumley, manning, chair and eze have all spent considerable time in our academy. i don't think many ither clubs can say the same and its starting to feel like a conveyor belt of talent is coming through
