I was meeting up with an old mate who was over here on holiday. We were in Hampstead and I managed to persuade him to drink in a pub that was showing the game. He got really pissed off with me as I just couldn't concentrate on what he was saying as we came back to draw second half. Mind you he got into the spirit of it in the end, you'd have to be stone-hearted not to! Amazing game.

Great day ,vale didn't have many plod on duty,it was carnage remember following season when it was relegation six pointer it was very lively outside after. We got vale early and went for a wander looking for a pub and port vale looked like Beirut everything was smashed up and burnt out proper slums |

Think we was 4–1 down and me dad said go down the front and get your flag.next thing I’m on the pitch celebrating our 4th and was getting dragged back into our end as few stewards had hold of me.still got the top I was wearing that day.
