Tbf, he would be an idiot for walking away from 40k per week guaranteed for the next two years.
3mil pounds just to go out and play a few games on loan for the next two seasons,
good luck to him.

You won't find a person on the planet (not already earning that much) that wouldn't take that in a heartbeat.

i reckon hugill will be back at WHU next season as i can't see another team paying the 5m+ they'd want for him along with the big wages he'd expect. he'll be an option from the bench for WHU i reckon. he has had a solid not spectacular season with us for sure and has been an effective option up front
the Totti of Teeside....
WHU don't want him, all the more so now they're almost certain of staying up.
He's just not remotely good enough at that level. Hugill is basically an administrative problem for them, no one there could believe it when they signed him in the first place.

We don't have the resources to invest in entertainment. We are investing in survival. As a QPR-fan since 1977, I would say survival is entertainment enough for me.. And it will still be, for a season or two..

Would be a good move for Eze just to be taught every day by Bielsa. Could be a real game changer for his career.

Chris Brunt is available on a free. Versatile and would bring some much needed experience.

Chaplin did well for Barnsley this year didn't he? Not sure on Reed, heard the name but can't say I know much about him as a player.

As Shania mentioned Chaplin and Moore played together at Barnsley so we would have a ready made partnership..I would be ok with both considering what we have now.

I see no problem. I'm sure someone will lol.

chaplin is more of an inside forward than a striker but either way he'd be a good fit for our squad. one of barnsleys best players for sure

I guess we all have to get our heads around the fact that title chasing is now a thing of the distant past.
The strategy seems to be to hope the ship stays afloat until.... either a credible take over bid / property deal materialises. Could be a long wait.

Yes I agree James..when I saw him play he was played as a winger..very good at dribbling past opponents. Is he listed on E-Bay ?

I thought part of the Reading deal was for them to guarantee they'd buy him at the end of the loan deal

Ideally his price should be 28% lower now compared to what was agreed before the Pandemic..I’m always in favour of a loan with an agreed price of a permanent transfer in mind if player performs. Player should then give maximum effort to make loan spell successful.
