I'd imagine Adomah would be easy to get and wouldn't break the bank. Has he still got it though? Knocking on a bit for a pacey winger, isn't he?

My brother came across another Eze rumour. Eze to Spurs for cash plus Luke Amos, and will also be loaned back to us for the season. I'm inclined to believe that's bullshit. But you never know. This is what I heard 3 months ago but Carter Vickers in the deal as well

Can't say i know anything about him other than what I've seen on Wiki, 24 year old defender, captained Northampton last season, scored 3 goals. Could be a gem, certainly a risk.

Big lump of a centre half. 6ft5 apparently. Probably fits the bill for what we need at the back.

The Three questions I would ask is
Has he got pace ?
Is he comfortable in possession ?
Otherwise what was wrong with BFG other than wages ?

When I was at school,pe lessons teacher would say team players over to the left, joeys' to right. Warbs does same. Team players to left ,defense joeys over there do what u want.

I would say pace is important for recovery and playing a high line...maybe pace is less important if said player was 30+ and had plenty of experience.
Comfortable on the ball would be a bonus and would appear to fit MW style.
BFG age was thought about before being offered a contract.
Just saying Ginger that BFG does what’s said on the tin and a new CB should have better attributes than what’s there already.

Wonder if Manning could be a bargaining tool to offset Hugill prohibitive wages along with Eze going there and Hugill returning ?
With £20m coming our way.

The laws of supply and demand dictate that if WHU want rid of Hugill and no other team is willing to match his inflated wages, then they just buy him out of his contract and he becomes a free agent to the highest bidder.
Simples.
Gawd knows we've learnt that hard lesson ourselves!

Would swap Cresswell for Manning and a few quid on top.

Would swap Cresswell for Manning and a few quid on top. That'd be brilliant but Cresswell is far too good for us imo

He's looked decent whenever I've seen him play. As you mentioned though, made of glass ain't he?

Was he not on loan at Huddersfield when they were promoted. Seems to have a few loans but no one has actually took the plunge and bought him outright which seems odd.
