Anyone know if there’s space for a dome indoor pitch area planned. there is actually dome opposite already In School were the youth team train. Played there few times but had wait for furlong to finish his sessions before I could dazzle with by ball skills |

Well that’s a guaranteed revenue stream that should sort out our FFP issues.

If he’s going to come out with tosh like that as one of his first comments about our state of the art facility then it looks like Head of Operations is another non-job we’re paying for and can do without. Head of this, Director of that - just put a fucking team together that’s decent to watch please.

It’s not a negative but an employee of ours should be wetting himself about all the players we’re going to have gracing LR and selling for profit before thinking about renting it out. It’s about the mindset that is evident all too often.

They have been talking for years about doing this, so rather than saying the same old line they have mentioned something that's a really good idea, and that none of us had mentioned before. I am all for slating the club but not when there's nothing to slate. |

Lots of assumptions to follow but What would we get 50/100k per visit (feels about right) usually two London teams in champions league so just group games you get 6 visits before knock out stages. Another London club in lesser European tournament and another 3 occasions. Assuming all get through to one round of knockouts you could be looking at 12 usages of site possibly more. Could be looking at anything between 500k to 1mil season. Great opportunity here. AlanWycombe visited and said loads of space to still develop you could perhaps look at small hotel for teams visiting and make money out of that too (prem sides playing in London coming down day before with training and accommodation options) how many prem teams could this be option for too? Surely any side facing Brentford, Chelsea or Fulham arguably any side playing prem London side. Make ourselves London based St George’s Park |

My first thoughts was little bit of mega bullshitting (Beale style) but then why would you say that if not true . Could it be possible one off cost as more work required as new build and more work required get areas ship shape but future cost of relaying then drops. |

However it doesn't have to be one or the other. We can show off a new pitch, new training etc whilst also working on improving the team. |
