Players from Bodø Glimt in Norway will suit our way of playing perfectly. They are young and quick and they have been bombing forward with accuracy and determination for a year and a half now. Bodø Glimt sell players to foreign clubs quite regularly.. The last one to AZ Alkmaar..

We need to bring in a bit of experience in my opinion. Aside from Rangel, Cameron and Wallace, the squad really is very young. And let's be honest, Cameron is clinging on to a 1st 11 spot by the skin of his teeth and Rangel's legs are about good enough for 1 game out of 3. We need and injection of experienced Championship heads that have at least 3 or 4 seasons left in them at this level.
In terms of actual gaps in the squad, clearly we need at least 2 strikers, maybe 3 if Smyth and Oteh aren't going to be utilised next season. We need a central defender, a right back (cos Kane ain't up to it), a combative midfielder (maybe even 2 of them) and replacements for anyone who leaves. Oh, and a goalkeeper (although I suspect Dieng may be worth a look).
