Are you forgetting we have George Thomas, Corbs? not at all but unproven at this level and not regarded well from his time in league 1. i liked what i saw of him against wimbledon but they're hardly a measuring stick for quality. he could turn out to be a blinding signing but then again he could turn out to be a squad player or even a dud so we need someone a bit more used too or ready for the championship. atm our attacking midfield options are shodipo, alfa, thomas, smyth and chair as BOS is likely to be off. it might be a big risk if the club are pinning their hopes on those 4 to step up and lead us through the season |

Agreed, we do look light going forward. I can't see Oteh doing enough at this level and we do need someone to replace (or attempt to) Eze.
Not convinced by Shodipo and we appear to be pinning a lot of hope on him and Chair.

Bodø Glimt sell players to foreign clubs quite regularly.. The last one to AZ Alkmaar.. How much would Jens-Petter Hauge cost and do you think he'd be worth it? |

Work with the players you have and play a system that suits them,instead of playing a system we just dont have the players to execute it.

If we don't sort out our back four soon i can see more of the same i.e coventry. We often out scored teams last season with some entertaining football but having lost our best player i feel we won't be anywhere as much of a threat this season so we have to build from the back first

We need someone who can cross the ball to see how good Dykes can be with the right service. Albert Adomah would do me for starters as he can run and crosds the ball.

We need someone who can cross the ball. BOS has been superb down the left last couple of games, as has Kakay down the right with his overlapping runs and crosses. So it's certainly not for lack of wing play. |

He aruguably player his best football under MW at Brentford. Him, Adomah on free’s, a striker and a lb and we are laughing imo 👍

Saw on EFL Hub about Alex Pritchard being available..looking at transfermarket website just now his contract runs out June 2021 with Huddersfield having a 1 year option to extend.
Probably pie in the sky thinking he could be an option for us as probably means Huddersfield looking for a fee or loan ?
Also saw on another site he’s rumoured to be on £30k premiership money.
Anyway here’s a video showing what he is or was capable of.
Yes you are correct West Acton we were rumoured to interested in him before he went to the five fingered lot.

Even though I’m very encouraged by the players brought in this window so far we are still 4 players short of making a real push for promotion.this season or next.
Hamalainen is unknown and Wallace looks shot to me...so a L/B
A C/B with pace to play alongside Dickie or Masterson.
A ball winning defensive M/F player
A creative attacking M/F playmaker

Would love to see Hamalainen given a shot but he's unproven and it'd be a risk. And yet he's never let us down when been called upon It's a view. Not one I share though based on his last 2-3 games. He also brings invaluable experience to a very young squad. Not to be underestimated. |
