Hamalanien is unknown to me as he last played at EFL Championship level in season 16/17 making 3 appearances..he’s played a total of 6 for us with the other 3 apps in season 18/19 in lLeague Cup games.
Lee Wallace has only totalled around 15 appearances since joining but at 33 looks extremely slow and uncertain out of possession of the ball..his reading of the situation for Coventry first goal was Sunday league at best...I expected much more from Lee Wallace when he arrived and he has not delivered on that front yet.

Exactly. What could be said about Kakay's loan time could equally be leveled at Niko. IOW if you don't play him then you will never know, so of course he's going to be a relative unknown quantity until such time. I disagree with some of the comments about Wallace. IMO he's much improved this season. He's getting played ahead of Niko currently, mainly because he's much more experienced. Again, you can't overlook that, given the young squad we have. Other than the Coventry goal where most of the team were shit that day, he's not let us down this season. Of course he won't play every game but I've seen nothing to suggest Niko can't step in and be a good 2nd choice. Yes, another LB would be nice but it's less of a priority than CM imo. |

Wallace hasn't played that much and has had injury problems which is he overcoming. Can't expect him to be brilliant from the get go, it just doesn't happen. I agree with Stanley that he is getting better and we do look more solid when he plays, as he keeps a better shape. The match fitness is coming back so I think he'll be okay.
This crying for Nico to play ... there must be a reason why there's been so many managers and none of them make him first choice. Maybe he is just kept on so that we have a LB if needed and one who is cheap, and isn't going to be upset when he isn't playing.

Not too much has changed since the last window so we still need a R/Back who can defend properly....a pacy C/Back to pair with Dickie...a combative M/F who can pass the ball to teammates...a creative attacking M/F who can provide regular service to our Strikers...some smelling salts for our owners.

Promising if true.
Agree that a winger isn't really needed. We have Adomah, Willock, BOS, Chair, Shodipo plus Thomas.
Wing back would be good and another CM and we'll have a comfortable mid table team.

He’s been without a club all season. Was great in the hoops but I would hope we can do better then player who has not been picked up in 6+ months
