Yeah, some fans will whinge but it's proven time and time again that a lot of our fans have no idea at all how things work in terms of the running of a football club. |

I’d sell him now for the 4-5 mill we quoted Brugge and reinvest it. If someone said you can sell BOS now and replace him with a loan signing like Adomah I’d snap their hands off! |

Really good interview,Clive didn't hold back on his questions that's for sure and some good honest answers from MW. Did find it odd in his response to the contractual situations with players in regards to being picked if they aren't going to sign up for longer, surely that should apply to bright and Manning,but MW said it's totally different..bit odd imo

He or someone at the club is clearly monitoring supporter views and feeding back
I defo don’t expect him hammer players in public and there is big push in that interview to protect Manning and Lumley but I do hope behind closed doors they get told straight and bluntly that’s not even close to being good enough so buck your ideas up
Also the constant chatter of we need defensive coach has been put to bed as he says were working on defence so that’s cleared up
I like Warburton he’s a good fit for us

We are not going to outscore other teams in this division so defence is a major concern.

Squad is going to change much - only one or two more signings. It’s going to be a long tough season.
Got to hope we have enough to compete with Rotherham, Wycombe, Coventry and Luton.

Because that is top of the charge sheet by a distance. Our big problems relate to off the park incompetence.

Just watched Warburton's post match interview. He said Manning being dropped was down to "using the squad". Tony Incenzo clearly said it was a contract dispute in the commentary.

The Plymouth goals, three ridiculous goals to give away. Losing possession where we did, not tracking runners. Letting a guy come infield onto a favoured right foot after being warned twice in the first half and having to make blocks. Again, giving a ball away and not tracking a runner. I’m never going to criticise players, we’ll talk about it privately... He's clearly referring to Manning there. Then dropped today, along with the penny, finally? Here's hoping. |
