Saw only second half. We played pretty well. Defence looked solid and Forest only had one chance. A win and clean sheet. Is it too early to talk about playoffs?

I think any manager who can't address defensive problems is not worth his salt.
He is stubborn and should see the problems and improve that side of the game.

Not one complaint today and dare I say it that was improvement on last season defensively
Clean sheet, solid defensively, still dangerous going forwards and played some nice stuff
Cracking start to the season and surely dampens some of the doom and gloom

Got to be happy with winning start but inclined to agree that Warburton has painted himself into a corner with Cameron. Amos is more effective deeper and wasted further forward. Would like to see Kakay and BOS get ball across quicker. Can't fault BOS' effort given all the negative expectation.

We look so much more solid for having 4 defenders who can actually defend. Lumley had a solid game too. His quick throw on the lead up to the goal was excellent. Perhaps he's been working on that side of his game through the break.

This is a massive shop window for him and he has something to prove.
Plus you can loose >5m by being relegated and your looking at a stratospheric reward in the bizarre eventuality of going up.
In that light keeping him is an absolute no brainer, free transfer or not.
Meanwhile its his interests to get it on.
