Good on him. Must be disappointing to have effectively lost his place to Chaz, and Kelman coming through the ranks.
Charlie will almost inevitably spend some time out injured, so hopefully regular first team football at Ipswich will keep Bonne sharp and match-fit if needed to be recalled.

It will now be interesting to see where Dean Windass will play when we meet Milwall in the opening match. Both clubs are after him.

Surely means another striker heading in as cant go into season relying on Austin and Dykes alone.

Surely means another striker heading in as cant go into season relying on Austin and Dykes alone. Kelman not ready be understudy and should be sent out too get season under his belt Bound to be at least 1 striker coming in mate. Bonne's been an awful signing though, hasn't he? The fact he's going out on loan tells me that nobody fancies the contract we've got him on either. I'm sure we'd get him off the wage bill if we could! |

Not sure they will be getting any more strikers in. |

You think any of them are ready for the 1st team Awin? I suppose one of them might surprise us, but I bet there is another striker inbound. Maybe a loan.

think its a good move for all involved. couldn't see him having a great season with us next year but he could easily get 20+ at ipswich which puts us in a good place to potentially sell him on.
we must be bringing in another striker then as we can't realistically go a whole season with only 2 strikers with kelman/armstrong as backup. maybe adomah and chair can fill in up top though

He's nowhere near. Basically its been down to Chaz and Dykes for a while. If you start them as a pair, there aint much on the bench. |
