Yes it is a disgrace but he not the first and not the last to do it. Clubs know what he is capable of. So keep yourself fit avoid injury and move on with a nice new contract and a signing on fee in your back pocket. Self preservation,and looking after number 1. You dont suddenly become a poor player overnight. Only mitigating curcumstance I can think of is, if the new fitness guy is being very careful with Chris' load in order to avoid reoccurring injuries. Hopefully we will see the old Willock in a month or two🤞
