Maybe. A manager is never going to be too critical in public. If I were Dykes (and Bonne) I would be under no illusion that if they play, they need a good start and if they don’t play they prob aren’t in the new manager’s plans

Rotten so-called striker, get rid. he's awful. yes he scored a hattrick in preseason but did he ever look good in our entire preseason campaign? not a chance. i'm more than eager to be a happy clapper and give players the benefit of the doubt but he's consistently shit. he never puts a shift in, fails to lead the line and loses the ball either from tackles or from shit tier passing every game. he doesn't bring anything to the team except for an interesting accent and some unique tattoos. one of the worst strikers i've ever seen at QPR, certainly on par if not worse than the postman who at least had the heart to run around like a toddler. |

I supported him when he came in but I have to admit the fellow is two bob and has no chance of ever becoming a striker of note. We cannot have Chair and Dykes playing as at times it is like playing with 9 men. If Ferdinand is right and MW did not want a striker in January then he now neès to explain why we have signed one now. Our forward line is bottom 6 at best.

I’ve defended dykes a lot. Mainly because he can do it when he fancies it. The fact he doesn’t do it 95% of the time is not only an insult to the support but it’s an insult to the people paying his wages. Fuck him off

I think I’m right in that MB has selected Dykes in the strongest QPR line ups in all the friendlies, if MB still thinks he just needs better coaching put him in the B team. |

Indeed Sparks, If the board had addressed this in January Dykes game time would be reduced. Don Howe, Terry Venables or Jurgen Klopp none of them could turn Dykes into a Centre Forward. |

I have seen Austin and Adomah practicing shooting drills and even the young LB Pitblado doing the same but never seen Dykes kick a ball or even be involved in a small sided practice game.
