To be fair, both crosses were delivered perfectly for him and the Ukraine defence in both set pieces was poor. Not to to take anything away from Dykes, he came off the bench, had 2 chances and buried them both. In a way, you did.   |

Great to see Lyndon put two excellent headers away, will do wonders for his confidence.
Only thing is, Scotland have 3 games in a week and he always seems to come back broken from international duty...

Taking absolutely nothing away from the team or performance but the first thing we should be doing in January is getting rid of Dykes & getting in a competent forward with a strikers brain. Let him keep having his little moments with the jocks. Helps raise his profile and price but in all fairness he's one of the worst strikers I've seen at QPR for a multitude of reasons and I genuinely mean that. |

Beale's tried everything now - starting him; dropping him; bringing him off the bench - just nothing seems to work. As I said on the match thread, a proper striker would have buried that chance last night and we'd have comfortably killed the game off, instead of having to work harder to the last minute and picking up 2/3 more injuries in the process. As we can see, having a weakness in one area of the team always has a knock-on effect in other areas. Really need some movement in January here if we're to maintain this excellent early season form. |

Can't hold up the ball. Usually loses every battle or falls over when defence are looking for a breather. If he can't score he needs to show what attributes he actually has,if any. |

Time will tell but he’s proved once again that he’s more than capable and that’s what I find so frustrating about him. He’s not shit but he does a fucking good impression of someone who is 90% of the time. He plays like that more often than not he will win people over |

Absolutely brilliant performance last night and those effort levels are all we wanna see!
Chasing down, running his socks off, making smart runs and a fantastic header for his first goal not to mention his well taken penalty.
I've been v critical of Dykes mainly due to his lack of nouse and lack of chasing down to make the defenders work. He was a different man last night. Brilliant!

Cant knock last nights effort. Done everything we have asked him to even attacked front post for first goal. And he got his head on a lot of defensive corners.
