I'd heard Green was close to done weeks ago, then it never happened. I wonder if maybe he's asking for quite a high wage.

Looking at Eisfeld playing record he’s had previous spells in English football at both Arsenal and Fulham.

An injury-hit player, but worth a go perhaps.

Surely you are missing a trick here. I give you JACK WILSHIRE. An ideal canidate. Some are suggesting him for The Bees for Gods sake! A complete mirror opposite to our recruitment policy. Barge pole springs to mind. Breadman plan b working? No I thought not. Never saw one at GP god bless her!

My uncle thought that and was confused why I ended a text with that years ago. In case you didn't know, it's laugh out loud.

center of the pitch is the main area we need to reinforce. do we even need a new CB, who'll simply be cover? barbet, dickie and masterson are all decent/good at this level and in the case of the latter 2 need to be playing regularly. plus we have MAGA and ball and even wallace who can fill in adequatly if need be.
center of the park lacks any serious depth, talent and creativity. with games coming thick and fast we can't rely on our 3 main CM's and bettache as cover.
we certainly don't need another winger, AM or striker so i hope we don't try and bring someone in for those positions lol.

I think Warburton should be looking to strengthen the squad, there seem to be a lot of players with contracts coming to an end middle of next year, I’d be looking to try and tie up a few of these on free transfers during the window in January. He needs to be thinking about how to strengthen the team / squad for next season, you can’t stand still in this game. I’d also be going through the squad and see who needs released and loaned out, try and free up some wages.

The gap between the championship and those greedy PL wankers is now so vast no one will be going to them.

I disagree, I believe that the squad needs strengthened throughout, and some players released and others sent out on loan. I think over the next 2 transfer windows, January and in the summer, QPR need 6 or 7 players who will compete for the first 11 (10 outfield places, I think the goalkeeping situation is fine). If QPR does this well, they can be competing in the top halve of the table next season. I believe most of these players can be picked up on frees, and some with minimum transfer fees, lots of clubs out there feeling the pinch due to Covid, there’s bargains to be had. Warburton also needs to begin restructuring the squad, releasing those who don’t have a place in the future squad (obviously at the right time, not leaving the squad short in certain positions, ie Lee Wallace), freeing up wages, he also needs to be looking at loaning out some of the younger, fringe players (again when there is sufficient squad depth).

We really need a younger or mobile version of Ball/Cameron. At one point we were interested in Alex Mowatt from Barnsley, but I dont know how close we were to his signature.

Here’s an example of why I think QPR should be looking at other transfer markets outside of England for “value for money” Aaron Hickey, age 18, debut at 16,17 for Heart of Midlothian in the Scottish Premiership. He’s a left back, but two footed, can play left or right back or left/right wingback. Some people think he’ll eventually move into midfield as he gets older. Signed to Bologna for around £1.8 million during the summer. Other clubs such as Bayern Munich were interested but Hickey said he chose Bologna because he had a better chance of 1st team football there, sooner. Tonight against Inter Milan will be his 8 start this season in Seria A. Not saying QPR would’ve got him if they tried, but I believe there’s better value outside of England. Although there probably are a few gems in the lower leagues there too.
