A few old timers... Ian Watson, Mick Leach, Allan Harris, Barry Bridges. I think Tommy Cunningham. Someone will know more than me🙂

No I meant from us to them..Furlong did well for us Awin Loic Remy. Will never forget the then France manager Didier Deschamps telling the media that Remy needed to go to a better club in order to get a look in at the France squad. What a cunt. As it happens poor Loic signed for the scum, mostly warmed the bench there, and only had a couple of friendlies for the National side in the fall of 2014 whereafter he was never to be seen again.

Fair play for thinking of him DK..👍

So have we got Murray or has that died with the arrival of Austin? I'd be very happy to have both for the rest of the season.

I'd be very happy to have both for the rest of the season. imagine its died down. austin has gotta be on 30k a week at west brom and we're likely paying at least half of that now. be interesting to see austin up front in the 3412 that we've played recently

I’m a little worried that Murray and Charlie would blow our budget out the window for a decent replacement for Cameron/Ball.
We desperately need some steel and legs in M/F imo
All Of these changes need to tie in with going to 20 man squad next season

A rumour saying that Wes Hoolahan is coming to us is circulating on Twitter. 10 years too late,if you ask me.

I think he’d be a good signing BUT it shows panic and the fact that we think we got our recruitment badly wrong. Get through this half season now but needs to be big overhaul at the top.

Hard get excited bout any signings from Charlton You're in luck; he's going to Stoke after rejecting us and Bournemouth. Good enough for 2 teams going for promotion but not for QPR.

Not saying he's good enough or not or mocking Charlton, it's simply after getting Cousins and this Bone fella from them that came with lots of hype.... You get my point

I just read he’s agreed terms with Stoke..hasn’t signed yet.
Apparently we have agreed a fee and an option for Charlton to keep him on loan for rest of season.
It’s not over until the fat lady sings

It’s not over until the fat lady sings I read somewhere he was unlikely to play for the rest of this season so that loan back isn't very enticing for Charlton if true.

Even if we do lose out with Doughty at least it shows that an eye has been cast at better talent particularly in his age group and importantly for a member of a 20 man squad next season

Stoke City look to have won the race to sign Charlton Athletic midfielder Alfie Doughty, 21, ahead of rivals Bournemouth and Queens Park Rangers. (Mail)

will we be able to sign non UK based foreign players as easily as before now that brexit has gone through?
i've read that signing non british players wont really be an issue for big premier league teams due to them going after elite footballers from the top 5 leagues anyway.
but say for example we went after an average player from eiber for a million or 2, would it be difficult to bring him in?

Wonder what sort of scouting system we have outside the UK, for instance in S.America. Or Africa.
Do we do any of that?
