We need to remember that all our best players have been sold by the owners
Wells. Hugill Eze all left last season Bos also leaving
It's the owners fault that we are in this shit Warbs has not been given anything to work with has he really just dig 1 dross by Poundland
He is not a great coach but the owners need to carry the can

He has failed everywhere he`s been, so what are they waiting for? Div. 1 is not easy to get out of. I think the owners and the DOF are hiding behind MW..it’s like a pack of cards waiting to fall.

And the current situation attached to Brexit, corona etc. as more practical obstacles, while we`re at it. But yes, he is the fall guy..

This situation is really the owners fault not really Mark Warbourton
They have mismanaged the club for over 7 yrs and are a total disaster
Vespa is correct MW is just the latest victim in this total fuck up of a club
Div 1 players
Best assets sold every year
From Prem league to bottom of the Championship
Les / Tony / Etc hang your heads in shame you are the downfall of our once football great club
Change the manager again / Fucking change the owners .
Just because they are nice does not mean shit
I would rather have an astute wanker of an owner and be a successful football club.

I agree with most of that. But the owners brought in Les and Hoos because they know they messed up before. They’ve had relatively back seat I think in recent years. I would get rid of DoF and manager.

And be careful what you wish for owner wise, we might not have a club at all. Who'd buy us?

Good old Tone who everybody loved is nothing more than a charlatan who has destroyed any idea of us being a half decent football club/team.

Marburton has ruined what could have been an upturn on the pitch.

What I am saying is the problem lies a lot deeper than the manager
Owners who don't care anymore
Minimum investment for last 3-4 yrs
No passion on or off the pitch
Sack the manager will not solve this problem at our club it's be proved over and over and over

He picks practically the same side week in week out and can’t adapt to changing situations. I think the squad is better than it’s performing and he’s not cutting the mustard. It’s gone stale and although I’d love long term stability it’s not going to be with him

Realistically, would it only be a negative thing if they decided to sell up?

Realistically, would it only be a negative thing if they decided to sell up? Not at all. Think we are still, despite everything a reasonably attractive project due to geographic locations/history etc. I’d love us to have some proper owners

This lot have a worse record in terms of points per pound invested than all of their predecessors.
They've never got up to speed on the footballing side of the equation.

Ok. Greg1882, I read a while ago that Sandgaard, the new owner at Charlton, was sniffing around our place some time ago.

yeah he was but moved on.
The real mystery is why the vastly reduced Mittal stake is there at all, but thats another story.

Hehe, could be. But you also have those who say something like " be careful what you wish for?".

Seems to me they have taken the club as far as they can, and if the right offer came along I suspect they'd listen. Actions speak louder than words and presently their actions display zero aptitude and ambition for the club, other than simply to pay for it to stay afloat.

Seems very odd that they are still here just to keep it afloat with very little chance of re couping anything like what they paid and then spunked.

Well 73, if you're cynical enough to concur with the likes of Hitman, they're holding out for the OOC development windfall off the back of the club's name 😬

I think he pretty much said so himeself, WHU is his team and they were the prime target.
May not have been 100% the case early doors, but it's very clear now that the real estate is the only game in town as far as the board is concerned.
If it wasn't, they'd pulled their finger out on the footballing side some time ago.

Can't think why anyone would want to buy a Championship football team at the moment. Can't think why any owner would want to sell right now either, without match day revenues the books will look awful and the club won't fetch any real money.

We'd benefit from a cut-price version of Daniel Levy.
Someone ambitious but who will only invest where and when it makes sense to. Also someone who won't let anyone take the piss out of them.

To slow ,mediocre players . Half hearted performances. To many passes in our own half .and a manager that refuses to play 2 up front and cant beat a wycombe team
