Most clubs are run by people with too much money that fancy a pop at real life fantasy football. We are no different to the majority.
Hopefully one day we'll get a proper owner who knows how to run a successful football club.

do we have time to carry out full diligence on a new man ? I think we do Sparx, but we'd have to begin the search immediately, if it's not already begun. A temporary caretaker in the interim need not impinge on that search, if one is needed just to maintain our championship status this season, as is looking increasingly likely. Worst case scenario and we do go down we would still undoubtedly be better off clearing the decks of LF and MW. That would just mean the rebuild takes longer.

This season has been by far our best rebuilding season since we were relegated. Got a lot of money selling our players, young players have stepped up, we have one of the youngest squad in the division, still competing and we have finally bought a new training centre. Not much to complain.

Kakay and Hamalaninen are very poor championship full backs. If they were 19, I’d give them more time. I’ve seen nothing to suggest either full back should play in championship.

And to highlight this, Kane and Wallace are their competition. Surely 99 % of all Rangers fans are happy we got rid of Furlong, Bidwell and Manning?

We've had many more successful managers sacked. His record is abysmal, as is the so called dof's.
Poch was a great manager for THFC but when it went to shit the club moved on, that's the way of the world these days.
This isn't the 1970s, things are faster, and decisions have to be made before your arse gets handed to you in a lower division.

Him and Bidwell is miles better than anyone else we have at the moment. Manning is equally bad defensively as the current crop.

You mean quick desicions like Sunderland has made? (btw my post was not only about a manager but the club as a whole).

But don't worry. They wont do anything.

Angel on one leg is better than the 4 we have at present.

Hämäläinen, Kakay, Chair, Dieng. Dieng is 26 years old - A senior in the squad! Been at club since 2016. What’s concerning is that our coaches thought Lumley and Kelly were better.

Exactly. Took them for ever to get Dieng back from the arse end of nowhere.
The first problem for me is one of belief. They don't look like they believe in themselves, they don't look confident. They don't look like they'd get in the trenches for the club, the gaffer and each other. They just don't want it badly enough.
And when that happens, it's game over for the manager. Or at least it should be.

It`s Queens Park Strangers every match. No cohesion going forward, tracking back or moving the play sideways as a team or individually at all.

I don't think we'll bring any players in January. I don’t think we’re in a position to gamble and not bring in two or three ginge Indeed. Something has to give - be it new players or a new manager - as we're only going in one direction and that's down. If they do neither then that tells you they'd accept relegation as part of their grand QPR 'master plan' 🙃

Why given the abysmal run and position we find ourselves in have any of board made any statements this and any plans to address this.
Even a vote of confidence for MW would be something as we could guess that he would be on his way.
I dont think they are communicating as someone else posted they are hiding behind MW covid and financial restraint and yet we have some of the Eze money left but still nothing.
For me this smacks of run the club down and in time selling assets like the ground and the newly acquired training ground for housing.
This will enable the main culprits in our downfall to regain some of their losses and biggest losers will be us the fans.

We’ll be talking about the years we spent too much under Hughes and Redknapp in 5 years time.

Yes first line of your reply is the first step. The fans will become disenchanted, interest will dwindle and gradually the club will die.
This may to some seem fantasy but in my working life I have seen this happen many times.
The question what and how can we get any answers or prevent this happening.
