IMO, we should  scout managers like we scout players. We need them almost as often as players. I just don`t get it!! this is so true. We should really always have two or three options of our next manager in our head as we change so often. We should not just look when we require we should be surveying throughout for the next manager, just same way we do managers Shania But Les always does have 2 or 3 options in mind mate. It's the same 2 or 3 every time. Sherwood, Warburton and Rowett. One of these days one of them is gonna say yes! Ha ha |
