Once Rangers get knocked out of the Champions League Qualifying rounds I'd expect Gerrard to be linked with every single job in England

Once Rangers get knocked out of the Champions League Qualifying rounds I'd expect Gerrard to be linked with every single job in England Been talking about this with a few of my colleagues. I honestly think he'll see out the Rangers job until Liverpool need a new Manager. They love him up there and Celtic are in disarray. If he moves to a Premier League side and struggles, it'll do more harm than good for his career.

Yeah, they fucked it up in the QF's. Didn't take advantage when they were dominant, then had a couple of red cards in the 2nd leg.

Being linked with some truly awful Manager's and their squad really needs and overhaul. Won't be an easy task unless they get a good Manager in sharpish. Gonna be an awkward summer for transfers with the Euros going on.

Looks like Bruno Lage is going to Wolves. He was flagged up on here as someone we should have been interested in during the Ollie meltdown - he basically re-invented Adel at Benefica and had been assistant to Carvalhal at Wednesday (when they were a lot better than. they are now).

What a shambles at Spurs. Go for Conte and his mate as sporting director, get his mate but not Conte who only wants to join a club where the job is basically done for him already. Now they have to find someone else to work with the new sporting director - looks like a falling out brewing before they even start.

A bit of movement, with odds-on favourites for Everton and Spurs roles...
Everton Rafa Benitez – 1/7 Nuno Espirito Santo – 4/1 Roberto Martinez - 14/1 Christophe Galtier – 22/1
Spurs Paulo Fonseca - 1/5 Erik ten Hag - 4/1 Antonio Conte - 6/1 Mauricio Pochettino - 6/1 Roberto Martinez - 8/1
Crystal Palace Steve Cooper – 15/8 Eddie Howe – 4/1 Nuno Espirito Santo – 8/1 Sean Dyche – 8/1 Frank Lampard – 12/1

Spurs not having much luck - Sky reporting Fonseca deal is now off due to 'financial reasons', the third 'deal' to have broken down. ❌ | Pochettino ❌ | Conte ❌ | Fonseca They'll be appointing Paul Lambert at this rate...

Gattuso (unemployed) now out of the frame for the Tottenham job!
Heads or tails - Paul Lambert or Mark Hughes...?

spurs are in shambles atm. relatively ageing squad so need a big rebuild. plus its very likely that kane will be off in the summer which will open the floodgates for an exodus of their other best players like son.

Doctors have told Christian Eriksen that he cannot continue to play football at this highly competitive level, so a move back to Spurs looks like it’s on the cards.

I'd assume the lack of budget to rebuild is likely a factor in why they can't seem to get the job filled.
