Interesting to see quite a few clubs holding off appointing managers - probably/possibly because their targets are still employed by other clubs, or maybe they've offered roles to managers who are delaying making up their minds, hoping for something better turns up.
Bournemouth Thierry Henry - 1/2 Jonathan Woodgate - 9/2 David Wagner - 6/1 John Terry - 12/1 Marco Silva - 16/1 Eddie Howe - 16/1 Patrick Vieira - 16/1 Frank Lampard - 16/1
Spurs Julian Nagelsmann 5/2 Brendan Rodgers 8/1 Carlo Ancelotti 12/1 Massimiliano Allegri 12/1 Diego Simeone 12/1 Rafa Benitez 14/1 Steven Gerrard 16/1
Sheffield United Alexander Blessin 2/1 Frank Lampard 4/1 Neil Lennon 6/1 John Terry 6/1 Paul Heckingbottom 8/1 Slavisa Jokanovic 8/1 Eddie Howe 8/1 Slaven Bilic 12/1 Javier Pereira 12/1
Crystal Palace Frank Lampard 5/2 Eddie Howe 7/2 Sean Dyche 3/1 John Terry 6/1 Sean Dyche – 8/1 Chris Coleman – 12/1
Celtic Eddie Howe 4/9 Lucien Favre 9/4 Roy Keane 7/1 Enzo Maresca 9/1 Frank Lampard 12/1 Carlos Queiroz 12/1 John Kennedy 12/1 Alex Neil 20/1 Chris Wilder 20/1
My gut-feelings:
Henry or Lampard at Bournemouth. Half suspect Spurs will approach Rogers at Leicester, but he'll turn them down. Sheffield United - Neil Lennon maybe? Though what a 'final year' (yet another one) Warnock could have returning to Brammall Lane... Crystal Palace and Eddie Howe seem made for each other. Celtic - don't think current favourite Howe will go to Celtic. Would like to see John Terry go there to renew hostilities with Gerrard - and royally f*ck it up.

Good thread mate. There really is no value in these markets for a punter is there. Look at Palace for instance, three candidates at less than 7-2. I have a sneaky feeling Woodgate is going to take Bournemouth up via the play offs. They are hitting form at just the right time. Brentford may come good but you can't write off another bottle given their record. Barnsley may just lack that little bit of belief although they are almost in a free-hit scenario. Swansea and Reading look very average. Would they give it permanently to Woodgate though if they did go up? - I somehow doubt it. I would like to see Brendan Rogers at Spurs, I think he would do well given time. I really hope someone gives it to John Terry, just so I can watch him epically fail.

CCJ why would Rodgers leave Leicester a well run club with decent owners to go and work for Daniel Levy. That job is a poison chalice while no money is being made from that stadium.

Spurs have just appointed Ryan Mason as interim coach until the end of the season. Timmy Sherwood must be gutted.

Howe has to be a cert for Palace if Roy has had enough. The Spurs one is hard to call - is Zidane available? I could see Levy going for someone like him.

Some moves...
Maurizio Sarri now 11/4 favourite for the Spurs job
Slavisa Jokanovic 11/8 favourite for Sheffield United
Eddie Howe now 9/4 favourite for Palace (while also remaining the favourite for Celtic) - with John Terry at 5/2 second favourite

I agree with you that it would be interesting but Levy will bring in a high profile foreigner and someone like Rodgers will have dodged a bullet because a lot of Spurs’ players aren’t as good as they are cracked up to be - Aurier, Dier, Alli, even Bale now to name a few.

Yes, I think they over-achieved earlier in the season and raised false hoped amongst the Spurs fans. Which has turned out to be quite funny.

Hate Spurs hope they slide down the league next season Think Kane will leave, maybe to an English club so he can try and overtake Shearer as the Prems all time top scorer. If Son goes too, I think you might get your wish Acton...

The only way you can make money on next manager markets / next to be sacked is a little bit of inside knowledge. That's why the book is so short. The layers hate the market.
When it was clear from reading in between the lines that Ollie was done (maybe ten days before it ended) I tried to get on. None of them would take a penny, at any price, and at that point he wasn't even chalked up.
I asked why, and they basically said that 'in certain scenarios' they wouldn't lay the odds because of insider trading. QPR seem to be one of those 'certain scenarios' lol. They been bitten before...

Spurs struggling to attract a new manager...
Nagelsmann had been the favourite, but has gone to Bayern.
Eric Ten Hag had then became firm favourite with Spurs setting up an interview - but Ajax announced he's just signed a new contract with them.
Maurizio Sarri has now been quoted as the front-runner, but reportedly there's no interest.
Brendan Rogers is now second favourite, but has dismissed any link, wanting to stay and build at Leicester.
Third favourite, creeping up on the rails - Rafa Benitez. That could be interesting... If Rafa managed to work with Mike Ashley at Newcastle, Daniel Levy can't pose a problem for him, surely?
They'll be after Warbs soon...

Interesting movement on Spurs - Rodgers now favourite despite his denial of any interest in the pos. And last week's favourite Sari drifting quite a way, now same odds as a Poch comeback!
Brendan Rodgers 3/1 Nuno Espirito Santo 5/1 Ralf Rangnick 6/1 Graham Potter 8/1 Antonio Conti 12/1 Mauricio Pochettino 16/1 Maurizio Sarri 16/1
