Chaz hasn't played a full 90 has he? Maybe 60 mins or so a week is all he has left in the tank. I'm sure we have sports scientists who look into all this stuff and monitor the players stats. Wouldn't surprise me if the stats on Charlie are saying if you need him to play twice a week then best to limit him to an hour a game to avoid injury. He's a big old lump and he's carrying a few old injuries. One of his knees apparently gets flagged in every medical. Hence he's never commanded any particularly big transfer fees. |
