Surely you can take a screenshot and send it him. That works with other tickets. Only person with the screenshot will be admitted. Yup - this works. Sent a screenshot to my son by WhatsApp for the Leicester game, no problems.

Think with So many people in one place trying use bandwidth apps etc sometimes don’t work (have same problem Westfield) so I tend to bring the app/ticket up five mins from ground before its in crowded network round ground However if you add your season ticket to Apple wallet it’s always there

That would drive you nuts. When you have documentation showing your seat allocation. And it's as plain as day you're a fan. And when there isn't a forgery anywhere to be found. It's the small organizational things that go badly. Heard of a ST holder who travelled down from Derby and missed the first twenty minutes. The £10 club vouchers won't cut it. Delay Kick Off. League don't like that? Fuck. Them. The prob with them just accepting what you have shown them, is what's to say that you haven't sold your ticket to someone else, who is already in? It would be very easy to do and I imagine a fair few would do it if they knew they got let in without the barcode working.

I'm all for the adoption of technology as long as it as effective as the prior system or better. The issue here is the technology appears to have not been properly implemented and (certainly for the first few attempts) it's the fans that have suffered. They really need to ensure that this sorted by the next home game!

I guess so, which is why you want the system to work, but when it crashes then a well trained, properly paid steward could work out the truth teller from the scammer.

Sent BO email yesterday and today still no reply . Must have a backlog . Even tho Saturday they told me they would look into it on Monday. Can't help thinking this is going to happen again and if it does maybe they can train the stewards to take charge and not send 100s to the BO ... Saturday I showed stewards card , email and receipt and he still wouldn't let me in . Could be a lot worse next game as it is 12.30 ko

For Leicester game they had special gate for people having problems. Sounds like this was not in place Saturday which is strange as it worked the week before

The club have acknowledged there was problems. Like the lad from Doncaster, there are a fair few of us that travel from afar, the last thing you need is to miss the kick off

Chaps. After some advice if possible. I got 6 tickets for the cov game yesterday as it’s the first one I can get too this season. Normally get an email with the tickets attached in a pdf but I’ve had nothing as yet. Moneys gone out of the account. I’ve emailed the box office but just wondered if anyone’s had anything similar, cheers all.

I've only had tickets once since the new system but mine was emailed to me as a PDF. You can then transfer it to your Google or Apple Wallet account if necessary.
Not sure its the best system myself, but time will tell.

Yep, your email should be in your spam. Once opened, depending on your phone, click on apple wallet or google wallet. The qr code will then download into your app.

I’m with outlook and I’ve definitely had nothing, I’ve emailed them and they’ve said I’ll get a response within 3 days. I was 22 in the queue and on nights tonight so I’ll keep an eye out. Only just bought two tickets for Oxford. Email arrived in junk folder straight away, no problems.

Thanks anyway. Spam is merged with junk in outlook. Absolutely nothing in any box. It’s showing up as a completed transaction on my ticket account. Even selected to resend email confirmation but had nothing. Checked all the details are correct etc. Never had a problem before so it’s very odd

Silly question but do the club have right email for you or have you changed it. Only raise as I had similar problem and when I emailed them they said they held an old email for for me i had years ago. When I checked there the email was sitting in it

I’ve only ever had one anyway. I’ll see what they come back with guess mine could be blocking it for some reason. As I said never been an issue before seems like a few are having problems with the new system.
