Sat in queue for 30 mins and 28 secs then got cut off , their taped message down my nut in . Sent email in the end Had a similar experience mate. Ain't really good enough, is it?

I dont want to be in the queue Saturday morning to get Oxford tickets , just won't go if they dont answer my email . They need a complete overhaul of their website and more people answering phones. Whenever I do have contact with BO staff they're really helpful

Bought Oxford tickets online and got them sent to email within 5mins to put on phone

Thought it would be worth running these issues by the club. I got some feedback from the box office today about it. They are aware of the issues with the phone lines, wait times and calls dropping. They've promised to look into it.
They also confirmed that confirmation emails can get filtered into spam/junk folders and advise to always check those. Albeit that doesn't apply to Greg in this instance.

I sent 3 emails they phoned me and sorted it . I always find the staff really helpful , just the system is cack

I'd have probably not made it if it wasn't for the fact I have a contact in the box office.

I Bought 2 Oxford tickets that were 'reserved' for me and my youngest and got the confirmation e-mail through ok but not the actual tickets. Someone has suggested they will have been automatically uploaded to our season tickets but I am not sure I want to trust that on the night without being sure.

QPR App and Oxford tickets
Hi All
Anyone using the QPR App who is a ST holder? My ST was there for the Millwall match but has conveniently subsequently disappeared.
I have also got several e-mails outstanding with the box office about Oxford tickets. I bought My son and my usual seats for that game and got an acknowledgement but no ticket e-mail has appeared. Soemone mentioned they may have been loaded onto the ST but I don't want to trust that is the case on the night really.

Just get to the game early and go to the BO , there won't be a big crowd so I'd think the queue wouldn't be too long

My ticket is not showing in QPR app but think they appear in that three hrs before kick off
I have however downloaded my season ticket and Oxford tickets to Apple wallet so they are there. I would recommend people fo that when they get the emails from BO

Cheers for your replies and I have now got a response from the box office who have clarified the situation as follows:-
Thank you for your email. As you have purchased your own seats, your tickets for Oxford United are automatically loaded on to the digital/QPR Pay Season Cards barcode/QR Code. The app is still under development and your season ticket would have only shown when on the trial. Until the App is officially launched, for digital please add your season tickets to your Apple/Google Wallet for stadium entry.
So that is consistent with what you have said as you didn't get your own seats. I also now to not bother with the App until I hear it is properly launched and working. I can just use my google pay app which is fine.

I couldn't go to Barnsley so spoke to the box office because I gave my tickets to my brother and his son. They just sent me an email with QR codes for the match day tickets and I forwarded it on to him. Well easy.
