Slightly worried about how that week and a bit either side is looking. Bristol On Saturday, then Everton and then West Brom on Friday.

Park the bus and go for penalties. My cunning plan.

I've just about recovered from my depression from Saturday in time for tomorrow night under the lights...
I did manage to find an avocado bidet to smash up which helped.

Really wanna win this but after 2 losses in a row in the league and a tough game at WBA Friday which we need something from to stay in the hunt for the top positions what team do we play?

Got to go full strength. Win this and confidence will do more for the side than any rest.

The fact that we play on Friday and WBA are already out the cup, I can't see anything but a second strength team.
They have a lot of injuries as well so I think we will also see their b team.

Since we’ve had a “rest” for the international break, we’ve picked up 1 point from 9. Only Dykes played during the international break. Rest seems to have opposite effect. Winning is best way. Chances are we will lose next 2 but best give it our best shot.

I honestly think Dykes coming back from Scotland knackered is a huge factor in why we've not won the last 2 games. When your top goal scorer (aside from Rob Dickie) is misfiring of unavailable, and you are short of other options up top, you have a problem.
Hopefully Gray settles in and we don't have to stress so much about this moving forward. Warburton should be in Steve Clarke's ear about this though. It's not on sending him back run into the ground after every international break like this.

He had three chances Tarbs score Saturday and missed all three. That’s just bad finishing not being tired.
Strikes me as a bit of a streaky player he’s either on fire or hitting blanks, not criticism as been plenty players like that, no inbetween of nicking goal every few games

Apparently 11k sold tonight 3k of which are Everton so 8k QPR so far. I imagine around 500 or so walk ups? Not great but better than the usual 6k total attendance in this cup.

Surprisingly poor. I don't really get it with good opposition and a good game last round.

He’d sometimes get them together just for a stroll along the Trent to keep the routine going without flogging them. And that’s another thing that upsets players - lack of routine. It can’t help playing on any day and at whatever time Sky dictates.

Small margins.

Small margins. True but results speak. We’ve lost due to errors rather than good play. I think that comes when you play less or after a break. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy with team performances this season.
