As far as service from wide areas is concerned, all our three strikers are in desperate need of at least one wing back coming in. Two would be great...

Or even change it and pick up an old skool winger, preferably two footed so can switch wings. Incidentally lack of width was a Warburton issue well before he came here. |

As for effort, for me he blows hot and cold and maybe that is a reaction to the fact we don’t get it forward quickly enough when he makes a move. |

Gray is better than Wells. Wells can't even get into a shite Bristol City team so why would he get into ours? He isn't the same player that we had, and tbf he wasn't the same player that made his name when we had him. Give Gray a run in the team, rather than 1 game here and there and he'll score goals. He has scored goals already and barely played. |

I made this point before. We are criminally bad at just doing a through ball.
Most of our goals involve wing play.
Apart from when Dozzell played the ball forward when we made a run and that man Gray scored. Football is so simple sometimes.

He’s had more good game than bad. And most importantly helped us pick up some crucial points. If he was perfect, he wouldn’t be playing for us. I think he’s our best finisher.

But he s never given a run of games
If he plays today he needs to score

Also interesting that Austin and Johansson
Are not playing as well as they now have contracts
