Hope his England 'lost lamb' impression against Denmark doesn't put them off.

Reckon Guethi will be sold ahead of Eze based on his Euros.
Can’t see them selling him Ollise and Eze same window. Hope I’m wrong but we’re getting fuck all in this or winter window for him ☹️

I keep hearing about release clause Corbs but as far as I can see it’s rumour. Where has anyone from palace or eze side say there is a clause.

I think the club need to plan for Eze not being sold this summer. If he's sold then great, but budget/plan for him staying put, which I suspect they're doing.

Totally agree, said so on another thread. No need to sell now Olise has gone - and probably better for Eze to stay another season too.

Will Palace want to turn down bids for Eze (if they come) and risk losing him for nothing as well, although he still has a contract to 2027 - Of course if he runs down his contract we would get no sell on fee either. Palace say they do not need the money but are they prepared to potentially lose 50 million odd by not selling?. Money talks and this story will probably run right up to deadline day imo. Of course I want them to sell him next week so we can get some cash but then I am biased.

I want him to score the winner in the final. Then it's over.

When the Enzo video came out I thought he’d be perfect for Chel … sorry a little bile came into my mouth … that team next to Fulham! If they cut ties with Envo to keep their squad from revolting as a high amount of French players

From the BBC:
According to reports in the Mirror, external, the Premier League champions are considering a £68m move for Crystal Palace's England midfielder Eberechi Eze.
The story suggests City are "weighing up their options" following conflicting rumours about the future of Kevin de Bruyne over the weekend, with some reports suggesting the 33-year-old Belgian had agreed personal terms with Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad.
Eze, 26, is under contract for three more years at Selhurst Park and reportedly has a release clause of around £60m.

Why would it be a 68m quid fee if the release clause is 60?

As others will offer release clause and Palace will go to highest bidder but if there is a release clause there is no point in going higher. My thoughts too. Surely they would all offer the release clause figure and let the player decide where he wants to go. At the end of the day, he's probably gonna decide which club he wants and instruct his agent to make it happen anyway.

As others will offer release clause and Palace will go to highest bidder 100 clubs could offer the same amount, if it is the release clause then they cannot do anything. It will be so that they can spread the costs. The release clause will be £60m in one lump fee. They would rather spread £60m over 3 years or something for FFP, but Palace can reject that. So they offer slightly more so that they can spread the payments.
