Are loans still allowed once window shut.
Sometimes keeping the moral, trust and momentum often achieved keeping the squad tight.

Only players that can be signed after tonight are those that were out of contract when the window closed. Doubt there are many of those about that can strengthen the squad.

So it is DK. Well spotted.
There was a similar one doing the rounds about Dykes going to Burnley earlier!

Robert Snodgrass had his contract terminated before the window shut making him a free agent, and able to sign after the deadline. Worth a punt? Not ideal, but could offer something perhaps.

Not lost any of the top players which some feared and added certainly two very decent players possibly three depending on views
Decent window in my view not losing anyone was the fitst objective for me. If being greedy would have liked a forward but Grey seems to be staying and aside from that Think we’re pretty well set up.
Let’s go Rangers 💪🏽

Great business overall. Dion a very good signing, Marshall proving his worth whilst Seny is away to the point he may not be dropped and Hendrick was very good for Derby and Burnley alone.
Chair coming back to a squad who just battered Reading. Happy days.

I look at it this way, B'mouth just signed 7 new players in Jan. Practically a WHOLE new team.
That's a message that they wasn't good enough, but what does it say to the players there already. 2 new strikers and 1 AM in, Jamal Lowe and Solanke must be worried.

The signing of Marshall was forced on us - and could turn out a master stroke - but was surely never a plan. A CB was necessary and Sanderson really looked the part for the few minutes we saw of him - I’m sure that was planned, but how far down the planned acquisition list was Hendrick, if he was ever on it? Finalised just before the deadline when he must have been available all the time. If we’re that hard up as a club it doesn’t really make sense.

Tbf I didn't think we needed another striker. I think Gray is good enough, and I think between the 3 of them there are enough goals there. My worry was the supply line and reading about Hendrick, he is more of an attacking player which is more what we needed. Agree, Gray is good enough. We need consistency up front

Amazes me how opinion changes. We’ve gone from ‘how many more midfielders do we need?’ and ‘our strikers are shit’ to being pleased about adding yet another midfielder and not too worried about scoring because Dykes had a decent game for the first time in months. I think Gray, Dykes and Charlie are sufficient when we have goals coming form elsewhere. The big thing from me has been how good our defence has been lately. We don't need as many goals these days. I mean blimey, I don't even get palpitations when we concede a corner any more!

Well, we may well do but I just don't fear every corner like I did before. We were very week from defending set pieces. We have improved massively.

Good News: The player we invited to a trial a few months ago, but got injured, is now coming to Loftus Road . His name is Kyle Doherty and he is playing as a striker for Albion Rovers in Scottish second division. Source: WLS.
