See Burnley tried to sign Victor Moses but Prem blocked it sporting integrity.
Yet S.Utd sign c/b from Ruban Kazan i think and EFL just alow it.
If he scores winning goal they go up and someone doesnt surely the same sporting integrity applies.
What you guys think ?
