Sorry for delay in getting back to you, but I wanted to run this past my senior management team to get some feedback and get some ideas generated.



Just so you know, there a few things we already do. We have an initiative called New R’s which targets local residents who have never attended a match before. Right now, we specifically target market them, but we are debating whether we should put this on the website (its always a balance as there are many out there who would just use it to avoid paying full price).



We are also getting ready to launch a scheme called R’s 50/50 with schools (this would cover 70 local schools) which would entail joint fundraising initiatives in conjunction with the Trust using tickets, Jude the mascot and the inflatables that we use in the fan zones.



Where your email really sparked some ideas though is with something that we tried in 2010 ( a few years before my time) called Jude’s Super 7’s which specifically targeted local 7 year olds with unique experiences. Unfortunately no data was kept from that so we don’t know how effective it was. I definitely think its worth re-visiting so I want to thank you for your email that got the ideas percolating with the SMT. It is deeply appreciated.

Thanks also for your continued support, its tough for everyone around the club right now but I can tell you the lads really appreciate that the fans who attend the fixtures are still behind them.
