The Board can of course say that Ainsworth has had many of his players injured or out of other reasons etc.etc. However I do at least hope they( ....) have told him to work on tactics, substitutions and the lack of motivation in the team.

And that's why my theory is that this is all part of the plan... What the overall plan is I wouldn't like to speculate but you don't accumulate the wealth of our board if you haven't got a business brain and they must understand then implications of keeping Ainsworth in the role. Three days ago, from the 'Inside The Boardroom' thread: Preparing the fanbase for life in League 1 next season under Ainsworth, a scenario they're actually accounting/preparing for. I also wonder if they're looking for a way to justify selling Loftus Road and have us groundshare/downsize... If fans start voting with their feet and attendances drop dramatically, hitting the club in the pocket, I wonder if this would make a difference... |

Second half keeps him in job a bit longer suppose key is are the board interested in performances or results I fear they currently not bothered by either If they're planning to sell up then yes; which I fear is our current predicament. |

My pet hate is Ward, we’ve had some proper crap reserve keepers clearly brought into the club by him, during Ainsworth reign he appeared to be front and centre on the touchline giving out instructions to the players.
