Back when we all posted on WRTRBs i was labelled as part of the " Gang of Four Members " because i thought Fernandes would herald the demise of Rangers .... Not saying i told you so ..... But , i told you so !
We will still be there next season in Division 1 ( which is really division 3 )
Its not like we havnt done it before......... Will that wipe the slate clean with FFP ? Genuine question ?

Genuine question ? We still have the old FFP fine to pay. Not sure how long we have to pay off but I think it’s around 8m left? And we pay monthly. But this doesn’t impact any future FFP fine or penalties. If we go down we’ll have a lot less income due to the new TV deal for the championship. We’ll still be under FFP in league 1 but I think the rules are less strict so gives you bit more room to spend. Going down would be a disaster. Look at what’s happened to Portsmouth and Charlton.

Just been on a train with quite a few Watford fans and couldn't quite believe that the fanbase most clubs have traditionally laughed at more than resembles what the board have turned ours into....
How has this happened right under our noses?

Rumours on other boards is we have A 10 Point deduction coming if we do not pay the remainder of the ffp fine within four weeks and we do not have the money at the moment. They are Apparantly looking to sell the best Player this month to finance this situation Field Willock Chair Also rumours of an ownership fall out that’s why they have all left at the same time This comes from an ITK with Apparantly Credibility over the years on another forum 10 pts ! Who gives a fuck General! The ceo has all but confirmed our relegation by saying no transfers. Let those efl wankers give us a 100 pt penalty Meet you at Qpr v Derby mate Div 1 Top Boys 🤣🤣

Talking of ownership, does anyone know if the Mittal family still has shares in the club?

Talking of ownership, does anyone know if the Mittal family still has shares in the club? Yes, it's between him, Reilly and Ruben, with the latter being majority stake holder. There's a thread on here with the exact split.

We really need Eze to go for a big fee in the summer to generate some wriggle room for rejuvenating this squad for next season. Can’t see any of the current lot generating anything significant to allow us to make changes needed.

Mate of mine reckons Ruben’s in process of selling up to some yank who owns a baseball team, wants it all done in next couple weeks…

All fits in with the regeneration of the Bush. Where we end up playing is anybodys guess whether in the Championship or League 1. 1 signing of a desparate situation to apease fans and scarves given away.

Why anyone would buy us when we are hemorrhaging money is beyond me unless our scrap value is more.

Why anyone would buy us when we are hemorrhaging money is beyond me unless our scrap value is more. Its the potential payoff from Loftus Rd for redevelopment. How many apartments would you get on there, four storeys, five storeys with 100 apartments each level. Potentally 500 at say a conservative 750000 each do the maths.

Or 500 at a million a piece or rental. Im not a property expert but look at the redevelopment going on in the Bush. thats the main thing that does concern me with any sale. we've all seen london being gentrified over the years, even hackney, tower hamlets and brixton are becoming desirable and hip places. shepherds bush is still a shithole but there has been lots of redevelopment and its a prime location for housing and business. i've no issue with owners looking at us as an avenue to make more money as long as they leave us in a better place than they found us, treat us with respect and keep the heritage of the club alive. they want to sell loftus road for real estate? ok, thats fine as long as we have a replacement stadium of our own in an acceptable location. doubtful it'll be shepherds bush but that is what it is, ealing and kilburn are still decent options.
