Luis Birkemeier Pimenta would be a brave, but somewhat controversial choice. Very successful in Norway. A few seasons ago he lead a div 2 team to a cup final against Rosenborg. He favours a 4-3-3 formation and is now in charge of Norway`s U-18 and U-20 squads, me thinks. He'd certainly add a bit of spice to our play Shania! 🤣 That`s true. But that`s what we need imo.

I'm actually surprised that a Portuguese like Pimenta would settle in Norway. Isn't it a bit Chilli for him?..... See what I did there?! 🤣

With all due respect the names being banded on here make me think that we will always be a mid table champ club in our mindset.
At present luton and millwall are above us in the league.
Surely we can get a better manager than these guys being listed , i dont know who but it shows how far we have fallen and are have accepted it
They are good managers but exactly the same as what we have and show no ambition whatsoever to get back to the top shelf

Define better Gen?
Honestly, I think it's about time we calibrated the type of Manager we hire with the resources available to him. The last thing we need here is a top flight style manager. We need another Warnock. Somebody that is used to operating on a shoestring when required. Somebody that is gonna make sure don't waste a penny in the transfer market. Somebody that is able to adapt to individual challenges and work with the tools at his disposal.
I don't want to see another Manager here like Warburton who has ideas above his station and tries to get us playing like Real Madrid.

I think that Mw will quit at the end of the season not be sacked.
We will need to start thinking about this very soon but no one decent is available
The names so far are very un inspiring at present
Just being honest as usual

If the board are not going to appoint a young bright manager with probably no experience of managing a club in the Championship then I would look at Chris Hughton to see if he’s interested.
The Forest job is the only really failure on his CV.

Mate is a Forest fan said his football is so defensive and boring
But yes he was a good manager previously no question and would suit the board.

Phil Neville 😱

Chris Houghton would be a bad one for me. Alright, he's done well some places. Been utter toilet at others though, and I think his best years are behind him.
Phil Neville has been England Ladies Manager and Inter Miami Manager. I'll get shot down for this comment, but I don't really consider either of those proper footballing appointments. Utterly shit level of football on both counts. And he's not been particularly good in either of those jobs. I'm sure he'll make the leap to a job in a proper league at some stage, I don't want us to be the guinea pigs though.
Gotta be honest, I'm still yet to hear a suggestion that's better (in my opinion) than Ainsworth.
