Mullin is class. Doesn't matter what level of professional football it is, 43 goals is mental. Exactly. Never stopped Swindon signing Charlie Austin from Poole Town.

They forget these players are natural goal scorers and also would they not score more in a season than the jock and Martin? Really?

Lewis Wing is a winger from Wycombe. Fairly successful under Ainsworth and maybe one we should go for.

That Jerry Yates at Blackpool would be useful across the front line

Former international for Norway, Iver Fossum currently playing for Aalborg in Denmark is a player we should go for. He is a very versatile midfielder who is not afraid of shooting. He will be leaving on a free this summer. He is 26 years old.

If Les goes we might have a better chance of signing practical players (as opposed to useless crocks or useless youth players), and GA might have a better grasp of lower league players' potential than the former incumbents.

Unless we sell someone for a significant amount this summer I wd be surprised if we paid a fee for anyone my thoughts too. And if we do dorms money I’m thinking we’re looking at 300k deals which in current business is fuck all. I quite like when we pick up discarded players from the big teams so hope we move quick on any talent released.

It's pointless asking who should we go after when there's no budget. And who would want to come and play for this shit show anyway? Mercenaries on a last pay day. Desperados who've plied their way in the lower leagues. National League rejects. Crocks. Kids. OAPs.

The former Barnsley player Alex Mowatt used to be good, but he is under contract until summer 2024 at West Brom. Industrial type of an attacking midfielder. Left footed.

Wouldn’t say he looks real pacy but has great technique and delivery from out wide. Hes only just returned from nearly a year out with an ACL, last season got 9 assists from just 23 games before his serious injury.

Bringing in yet another player with an injury history is a bit risky but on the other hand injuries happen..

I would have thought no, but in 2009 Everton and England defender Phil Jagielka spent a year out with an ACL and was still playing for Stoke last season. According to medical articles a lot depends on age when injury occurs. Here’s an article with 9 world class players who did. www.givemesport.com/1609268-virgil-van-dijk-9-worldclass-players-who-suffered-acl-injuries-including-ibrahimovic-xavi-and-keane/
