Is it sad? Or is he just a dickhead taking us for a ride? Does he have genuine problems or is he indicative of the incompetence shown over the previous few years? We don’t know if we should feel sorry or annoyed.

But, as with e.g. Hämäläinen, the true incompetence was the length of contracts handed out, that became nooses around the club's neck for years. As usual, all roads lead back to running and recruitment. |

We don’t know if we should feel sorry or annoyed. think he's a dickhead taking us for a ride now. i get that he had issues but he's now checked out of football entirely. can't remember the last time i saw him in a training video or anything like that, heck, he's not even in any team photos which is pretty indicative of how he views us. my guess is he's just gunna keep leeching off the club until his contract runs out and then you'll never hear of him again. |

Until we know what he suffers with physical or mental it’s all just speculation. The longer it goes on the more I think there is something genuinely wrong with him as I’m sure if he was purely a wrongun they would have leaked something hence why think perhaps there is more going on here then bad attitude.
Is he active on the socials? If not perhaps he is ill.

Made the point to Christian N that the silence only adds to the frustration and speculation which doesn't help anyone involved.
Beale brought him in, but it was only a year ago that we offered to take him from Birmingham, an offer they were happy to accept. By then the club already knew the backstory with TR, which makes that decision jaw dropping.
The contract can not bar the club referring to the player, a simple evaluation of where things have got to now would do a lot to shut everyone up. For a bit.

So we have Richards,Armstrong,Dykes,Frey the first 3 are waste of space some think.
Frey imo would be better in a pie.
We have Paal who is dispensable apparently,Willock who is injury prone and doesnt know whether he is staying coming or going.
A new keeper who is yet to be proven,no strikers that are adequate,Jcs who could leave tomorrow
All bodes well for a great pre season and as for Alan getting a good watch,the clock is ticking and ceratainly isnt a Rolex.

Just imagine if he had developed paranoid schizophrenia, would be unsafe to have round other players, can’t mention it to the public (on privacy grounds) and so end up in to a similar situation to where we are now.

You just say he's been unwell and is receiving medical help with the club's support. That's better than nothing and doesn't violate his rights. On the contrary, it might shut a few people up for a while. Mind you, that's playing nice. If he's doing a SWP style run down I'd welcome Harry back if only to out him good and proper. |
