i don't really buy the personal reasons thing tbh.
a few weeks ago dobbo said on the pod that taylor isn't onboard with the style of play or culture at the club which is why he hasn't been involved.

Always felt there was something suspect about that story. End of the day it's the fans and owners who pay his wages and he's been more or less AWOL for 14 months now, so quite the piss take to them. |

Had personal tragedy in my life but had to get on with it.
Mortgage,bills etc.
Over a year he's had,i had a couple of weeks and then suspended without pay.

Problem with "getting rid" is it probably entails buying up his contract. In any other industry you would just sack him for non-delivery of his side of the bargain, but the usual rules just don't seem to apply. Plus we don't know how much the transfer fee is Brighton stiffed us for on this, so we wd have to write that off. In fairness to the club no easy solution here.
