Train strike announced for 30th July
Doesn’t affect all companies but will definitely affect the journey both ways.
Worth looking at options if you’re heading up there which I’m planning to.

They might be back training and in theory available but no way all of them are going be up for selection without full pre season.
You might throw Leeds lad on bench but rest I can’t see it. Not expecting see them for good fortnight when they have caught up perhaps they get league cup game stretch legs

Only 7 subs are permitted on the bench and 1 must be a keeper.Yesterday MB named 8.

I'd hope that the players omitted from that starting line up would be Dykes and Johansen. Willock replacing Dykes and Amos replacing Johansen. I'd also like to see Richards start, so that would be Adomah out. If those three are moved to the subs bench, then I guess they'd displace Thomas, Drewe and Armstrong. And as Hamalienen is so poor, then the mooted new defender would take his place. Kakay probably deserves a start based on yesterday's performance as I don't think MB can afford to try and integrate too many players so quickly.
On a more general note, I think it's going to take at least a month for MB to get the first team ticking, so I'd expect a very difficult start to this season. We fans will need to give him and the team plenty of time, as this is definitely a work in progress.
