Thought crowd excellent towards him - been some toxic situations down the years when fans have got on players backs but they have been v supportive of Lyndon.

Some really fine football first half.
Johansen again brilliant. All of them were.
Dykes head has gone. Confidence shot I feel. Felt for him tonight as he put in a shift so credit due. Terrible terrible miss from 5 yards though.
Really impressed with Laird & Paal. Roberts great energy to bring on.

Cracking first half’s entertainment I don’t think many sides in This league would have coped with that 45mins
Second half was bit dead but we took chances first half which allowed us ease off.
Just see their goal 😳 was well offside how can you miss that.
I think dykes miss is possibly worst I’ve ever seen. Keeper sat on his arse, ball is dead at his feet, can go left or right and he puts it wide of the post. Feel for him but that sums him up I’m afraid. Not even on target when your in the six yard box dead ball and keeper out game.
Thought we lost control when Stefan went off and game became too open. Everyone had good game even Dykes in fairness to him.
Need to cut out the silly mistakes as it will cost us in other games.
Well done team and Beale. On to Swansea

I don’t think many sides in This league would have coped with that 45mins Same vs Boro 1st half. Totally unplayable. Great to watch and huge kudos to Beale for it. Even at this early stage he definitely looks an upgrade on Warburton IMO. So credit to the board and DoF for that. |
