What would be an acceptable offer?? Decent keepers, which he is, are hard to come by. He would only go Everton as no2 so guessing any offer would be based on that Don't want him going anywhere. Who you going to replace him with? A striker who scores goals? |

would prefer seny to stay but if we got an offer of around 5-6m we'd be mad not to take it imo.
keepers aren't especially difficult to replace and most championship sides already have a good goalie in the sticks.

All I'm saying is it comes down to priorities and for the last several windows we haven't been able to afford a decent striker. Naturally I would like to have star international in every position but this is QPR in 2022 and alas, as Corby says, it comes down to what is our greatest need because we can't have it all |

Prefer to keep Seny and sell Willock or Chair or both. Early days but Richards looks a decent replacement.
For me a decent keeper is more important than a striker, like Bill has already mentioned who is Dieng replacement?
Doubtful Smithies at Leicester would be willing to accept our current salary cap

Can't agree with that Sparks. Take Willock and Chair out of the equation without a decent replacement and we'll create absolutely nothing.

Theres a much bigger market out there for another 10 than a replacement keeper. Blackburns Bradley Dack has fallen out of favour with their manager, Pelkas at Hull is a free agent at the end of the season are 2 off the top of my head. Which keeper have you in mind Tarbie? |

Which keeper have you in mind Tarbie? take the point about other number 10s out there Sparks but until Chair's slight dip in form he was number one assist supplier in the division and before his injury Willock's stats were right up there in terms of goals scored and assists, so as Tarbie says replacing our two top players is going to be seriously tough. I also thought Richards looked promising midweek but he hasn't got a goal or even an assist yet so very early days. I'm a realist and if a big offer comes in for either Willock or Chair we have to sell and build again (like Brentford did) but I don't underestimate how hard it will be to pick up anyone of their quality. Love Seny and think he is great - but remember early last year when Seny was at AFCON for several games there were fans saying that he won't walk straight back in the team because of the form of someone or other (Marshall? We had so many keepers around then honestly can't remember). He wd be a massive loss to me for sure, just less of one than Chris or Ilias. |
